1. How will I get my files after purchase?
As soon as your payment is complete, you’ll receive an instant download link on the checkout page and by email. You don’t have to wait — your files are delivered immediately.
2. Can I access my downloads later?
Yes. If you ever lose your files or delete the email, just log in to your NextZShop account or contact us, and we’ll resend your download link anytime.
3. Are these products physical or digital?
All products on NextZShop are digital downloads only. No physical items are shipped. You’ll get high-resolution files that you can instantly use for your own projects or prints.
4. Can I use these designs for my clothing brand or business?
Yes — if the product includes a commercial license, you can use it for your business or clothing brand. If not, it’s for personal use only. Each product page clearly mentions what’s allowed.
5. How do I know which packs come with a commercial license?
In every product description, you’ll see a note that says “Commercial Use Included” if it’s covered. If that note isn’t there, it means it’s for personal use.
6. Can I edit or customize the designs?
Definitely. You can edit, recolor, resize, or remix the designs using tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or Photopea. The files are fully editable and high-quality.
7. What if my download link doesn’t work or files are missing?
Just contact us on WhatsApp or email, and we’ll fix it right away. We respond quickly and make sure you receive every file without delay.
8. Can I resell or share these files with others?
No. Sharing or reselling our digital files is not allowed under any license. You can use them to create your own products or brand designs, but you can’t redistribute the original files.
9. What file formats are included?
Most packs include PNG, JPG, SVG, PSD, and sometimes AI or PDF files — depending on the product. Each listing clearly mentions the formats so you know what you’re getting.
10. Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Since all products are digital downloads, refunds aren’t possible once files are delivered. But if something doesn’t work or you received the wrong files, we’ll fix it immediately.
